By accessing or using ARCHAI Studios™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, members, and others who access the service.

ARCHAI ONE™ memberships are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

Free (Discover) tier access is available without a credit card. Paid tiers require a valid payment method. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

The content on ARCHAI Studios™ is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not download, reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Access credentials are non-transferable and may not be shared.

All content on ARCHAI Studios™ — including films, series, documentaries, artwork, trademarks, and course materials — is owned by or licensed to ARCHAI WORLD and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. ARCHAI Studios™ and ARCHAI ONE™ are trademarks of ARCHAI WORLD.

You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) circumvent access controls or DRM; (c) scrape, crawl, or harvest content; (d) transmit viruses or malicious code; (e) harass, abuse, or harm other users; (f) impersonate any person or entity.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARCHAI WORLD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where ARCHAI WORLD is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance.
